High ZT in nanostructured materials

Recently, IOP nanotechweb published short highlight article on enhanced ZT in nanostructured semiconductor layers http://nanotechweb.org/cws/article/lab/40618 .


It describes how periodic nano size p-n junctions, formed on the surface of the semiconductor layer, improve thermoelectric properties.
