The Thermoelectrics Society of Japan (TSJ) was established in 2004 with an aim to promote the development of thermoelectric industry, science and technology.

-Promotion of friendship and cooperation with national and international organization
-Promotion of scientific collaboration in the field of thermoelectrics with other countries in Asia
