Our company produces devices for TE module testing - Z-meters of DX3045(RS232), DX4065(USB) and DX4165 (ten modules in a test) series. They provides measurement of: AC R, Z, DTmax, Module Time Constant. Testing is available on separate TE module and integrated into devices/packages.

Test method (based on Harman) and the applications were reported at Sixth European Workshop on Thermoelectricity of the ETS (2001), X Anniversary Forum on Thermoelectricity (2002), The 22nd International Conference on Thermoelectrics (2003), 18th International Conference on Photonics and Night Vision Devices (2004).
