Redfish Photonics has been a worldwide supplier of Thermoelectric Coolers, for over a decade with millions of devices in operation today. Redfish Photonics standard MC series solid-state heat pumps outperform industry standard thermoelectric coolers available on the market today by approximately 3 degrees Celsius for equal power usage and with similar thermal load. In addition, the MC series micro-cooler will operate at least 16% less power while achieving equal cooling when packaged in similar assemblies with similar thermal loads. Along with supplying stand-alone solid-state heat pumps, Redfish Photonics provides cap/window assemblies, header/ solid-state heat pump sub-assemblies, and VCSEL assemblies. Our processes and procedures are used for assembly of TO style and plug-in packages, caps, and lids that can incorporate heat pumps, and sensors.
