Dear colleagues,

I deal with for a long time fundamental problems of a thermoelectricity on which solution I was directed by Lazar Solomonovich Stilbans, the leading scientist in this area.
Results of my investigations show, that on the basis of the simplified phenomenology of a thermoelectricity

probably correct description only diffusive processes in the hardly doped homogeneous semiconductors.
Within the limits of the oversimplify phenomenology kinetic nano effects including thermoelectric, are not described. Parametre Ioffe Z becomes senseless on nano level. But since thermoelectric production is based on out-of-date technology, that, my sad conclusion, that ZT-community the out-of-date thermoelectric phenomenology quite arranges. My investigations show

Successes.
