Some readers of the ITSnews@its.org newsletter will have recieved what looked like a blank email in the last mailing. We've had this issue before, and it crept back in last time. The bug affected people using Outlook or Outlook Express to read their email.
As a result, this mailing of ITSnews@its.org contains all the content from the last mailing, plus new content. Apologies for the duplication, and we'll try to do better in future.
