Doped Thermoelectric Materials

Has anyone purchased doped materials from Russia? I have seen a Russian supplier (www.girmet.com) offer doped Bismuth Telluride with high Z values > 3.2. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Are there any other suppliers who provide processed materials? Thanks! Mike

I am designing a prototype product including thermoelectric componentry and want to know if anyone can supply the following:

Air to air cooling
Operating within ambient temperatures of 0-40C
3 set point temperature controller at 3-9-22C - low precision is fine
Capable of cooling a liquid volume of 18L within an enclosed/insulated space - slow temperature reach times are fine
Assembly will ideally be non-toxic and moisture resistant
Complete assembly includes 240v power supply.[/list:u]

Our company produces devices for TE module testing - Z-meters of DX3045(RS232), DX4065(USB) and DX4165 (ten modules in a test) series. They provides measurement of: AC R, Z, DTmax, Module Time Constant. Testing is available on separate TE module and integrated into devices/packages.
